Shipping & Returns

We ship from our warehouse in Rockford, Illinois. This page tells you what to expect on delivery times, rates, damaged goods and returns.

1. Where we ship

All 48 contiguous US states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Canadian shipping is available on request; email us for a quote (allow 5–8 additional business days for customs). We do not currently ship to other countries.

2. When orders ship

In-stock orders confirmed before 12pm Central Time typically ship the same business day. Orders confirmed after that ship the next business day. Custom gift boxes require 2–4 business days of assembly time; we will always tell you before we take payment.

3. Rates and services

USPS Priority Mail — 2–4 business days, flat $9.50 (free on orders $75+)
UPS Ground — 3–6 business days, calculated by weight and destination
UPS 2-Day Air — available at checkout; rates calculated live
Refrigerated shipping (chocolate-dipped dates in warm months) — flat $18, ships Mon–Wed only

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not seen it within 48 hours of order confirmation, check your spam folder or reply to your order email — we will resend it.

5. Damaged or missing goods

Please open your order within 48 hours of delivery and let us know within 14 days if anything is damaged, stale or missing. We refund the purchase price and pay return shipping. Photos of the damage help us file a claim with the carrier but are not required.

6. Returns

Non-perishable items (textiles, mabkharas, gift boxes) may be returned in unused, resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us first for a return authorization — do not ship items back without one, or we may not be able to process the refund.

Perishable items (coffee, dates, spices, oud, bakhoor) are not returnable once opened. If there is a quality problem, section 5 above applies.

7. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit usually appears within 5–10 business days.

8. Wholesale

Wholesale accounts are billed net-30 on approved credit. Freight terms are FOB Rockford. Contact us for a wholesale sheet.
