These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the burnus-dubai.com website and any orders placed with Burnus Heritage Trading Co. ("we," "our," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Burnus Heritage Trading Co. is a limited liability company registered in the State of Illinois, USA. Our workshop is at 3782 Matthews Street, Rockford, IL 61101. Our founder and managing member is Peter Hays.
All orders are confirmed by email before they are shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline any order, and limit quantities. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund it in full.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ACH bank transfer, and (for wholesale accounts) net-30 invoicing on approval. Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third party; we do not store card numbers.
Shipping terms, times and rates are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these Terms.
If a product arrives damaged, stale, or materially different from what was described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We refund the purchase price and pay the return shipping. Perishable items opened and consumed without complaint are not returnable. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
All content on this site — text, photography, logos, product descriptions, and layout — is the property of Burnus Heritage Trading Co. or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Republishing our content in full requires written permission.
You agree not to use this site to send spam, scrape content in bulk, attempt to compromise the site or its users, or misrepresent yourself. We may block, restrict or terminate access to any visitor who does.
We describe every product on our site honestly and to the best of our knowledge. Natural products such as coffee, dates, saffron and textiles vary slightly from batch to batch — that is part of buying real goods rather than industrial ones. Nothing on this site is intended as medical, dietary or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burnus Heritage Trading Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or our products. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Winnebago County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
