How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Most throws take 3 weeks on the loom. Rugs and bed throws take 4–6 weeks. Commissions run 6–10 weeks.
What fibers do you weave with?
Merino and alpaca wool, long-staple linen, hemp and cotton. We never blend natural fibers with synthetics.
How do I care for a Burnus textile?
Cold-water hand wash, gentle mild soap, dry flat away from direct sun. For rugs, professional cleaning every few years.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes — a limited number per season. Write to us with dimensions, colors and intended room to start the conversation.
What does the lifetime repair promise cover?
Any wear, tear, fringe loss, or ordinary damage. Send it back, we'll fix it, free of charge, forever.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes — by appointment. Please email us at least a few days in advance so we can set aside time to show you the looms.
Do you offer wholesale?
We take on a handful of stockist partnerships each year. Please write directly to Jennie with your shop and city.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide, via USPS International Priority. Duties are the recipient's responsibility.
